This course has been designed with you in mind. We provide you with the skills and experience necessary to become a Heavy Vehicle Driving Instructor within your State or Territory as well as in the Transport and Logistics Industry.
Our course consists of the required theory and practical components for training drivers safely on our roads; we ensure the best possible training and experience. When you have successfully completed the course, you will be issued with the following Qualification: TLI41222 Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport – Heavy Vehicle Driving Instruction).

Get your heavy vehicle licence
Be 21 years or over and hold a full driver's licence (not learner, provisional, probationary or restricted) of the relevant class for at least three years during the four-year period immediately prior to your application for an instructor's licence.
If you are thinking of becoming an Assessor, you will need to successfully complete Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
